Returns & Exchanges

At Capture CVS, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or printed RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
